We are currently accepting applications for Production Supervisors at our new, state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Milton, WI, conveniently located north of Janesville. These are exempt positions working 12-14 hours on nights, 3-4 days per week, Sunday-Tuesday and every other Saturday OR Wednesday-Friday and every other Saturday. Annual Bonus Potential 5%+ JOB SUMMARY: The Production Supervisor organizes, coordinates, and communicates all day-to-day operational activities and ensures the efficient start up and shut down of the facility. The Production Supervisor will ensure that all jobs are performed following all company, safety and quality policies while maintaining high productivity. The Production Supervisor is also responsible for providing leadership, coaching, corrective action, and reviewing employee\'s performance fairly and consistently. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESinclude the following. Other duties may be assigned.
