Are you ready to take the next step in Produciton manufacturing? Our Client in Milford, NH is seeking a Hands-on production lead for their small manufacturing company. This company produces parts and testing equipment for the military. They are a long standing business that works on government contracts. They are seeking someone with the following experience, leadership, forklift, lathe/milling machining, fabrication, band saw, and drill press experience. The right candidate will be able to train others on this machinery, be hands on daily in the machine shop and production area, and works well supervising a small team to complete tasks in a timely manner. This is a First shift, Long term, Direct Hire role. Excellent benefits program. Must be a US citizen and able to pass a federal background check and drug screen before starting. Responsibilities

Production Supervisor

· Manage and oversee production operations and personnel

· Operate within a ISO9001 and AS9100 approved quality management system

· Support product build and repair operations

· Direct production personnel and product production as needed to meet program delivery dates and budgets

· Collaborate with the Quality Department and engaging in quality inspections as needed to promote production efforts

· Collaborate with Program and Engineering personnel to sustain and advance product fabrication and performance

· Maintain documentation associated with production operations

· Support and maintain production related infrastructure including the production and shop areas and stock room

· Oversee material receiving and shipping responsibilities and the associated coordination with Quality and Purchasing

· Assist with building and Shop equipment maintenance by maintaining maintenance logs and records

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• manual lifting up to 25lbs
