Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Operations Manager based in Midland, Texas. This role involves overseeing the operations of a Bitcoin mining facility, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency. Collaborating with IT and engineering teams, managing facility maintenance, and developing safety protocols are among the key responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Bitcoin mining facility to ensure efficiency

• Managing facility maintenance, including power systems, cooling infrastructure, and security protocols

• Collaborating with IT and engineering teams to optimize mining hardware deployment and maintenance schedules

• Monitoring energy consumption and implementing strategies to maximize cost-effectiveness

• Developing and enforcing safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment

• Coordinating with suppliers and vendors for equipment procurement and maintenance services

• Implementing and improving operational procedures to enhance overall facility performance

• Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential issues promptly

• Managing a team of operations staff, providing leadership and guidance

• Staying informed about industry trends and technological advancements to propose relevant updates

• Hiring Processes Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role

• Familiarity with Management System is a must

• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

• Experience with About Time software is essential

• Understanding of Budget Processes is required

• Familiarity with Compliance procedures and regulations

• Excellent customer service skills

• Proven experience with hiring processes.
