This case management position develops, assures implementation, and monitors supports for persons with intellectual disabilities on the caseload. As needed this position assists in supporting our residences along with other Service Coordinator colleagues. Strong supervisory, organizational and inter-personal skills required. Extensive training and mentoring provided but candidates need to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field and a B.A. degree. Comparable experience with a High School diploma may be considered. Basic schedule is 8-4pm M-F, but must be flexible to respond to emergency situations and some after-hours calls. The work is fast-paced, challenging and fulfilling! There are two openings: one with 37.5 hours for our supervised apartment program and the second one with 40 hours that include the Adult Family Care and TBI programs.
