Robert Half is currently partnering with a reputable credit union located in downtown Miami in their search for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Our client is dedicated to providing personalized financial services to their members.

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between the credit union and its members, providing exceptional service in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for members, addressing inquiries and providing assistance in English and Spanish.

• Educate members on products and services offered by the credit union.

• Assist members with account inquiries, balance inquiries, and account maintenance.

• Resolve member issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

• Promote and cross-sell credit union products and services to meet member needs.

• Maintain accurate records of member interactions and transactions.

  Requirements

Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous customer service experience in a financial institution preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
