We are seeking an HR Operations Specialist who will work in a highly dedicated and innovative global Customer Experience team working to develop and run best-in-class recruitment processes and procedures.

  • Support the strategic development of the end-to-end Talent Acquisition supply chain using analytics and sound operational judgement.

  • Take accountability and drive the cross functional collaboration required to land innovation and practical change.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement program which would include working closely with global TA Partner teams

  • Work to clear expectations, performance measures and goals which are stretching and push operational boundaries and efficiencies

  • Support the short- and long-term transition plans for the TA Operations team systems, tools, and processes across the organization

  • Pull and distribute recruiting metrics for internal organizational stakeholders

  • Assist with vendor partnerships to build and manage resource strategies, execute project plans, and acquire data to support recruitment activities

  • Manage the contract and pre onboarding aspects of the TA lifecycle

What we’re looking for

  • Influential and persuasive communicator; we will look for evidence that you can build trustful relationships with people from all backgrounds

  • Demonstrated understanding of talent acquisition operating procedures and practices, guidelines, HR technology and tools

  • Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results against clearly defined deadlines is required

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems is preferred (Workday, Avature).

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.

  • Must be fluent in Spanish and English, some familiarity with Portugese would be a plus.
