Manager, Qualtrics EDGE Operations
Why We Have This Role
Qualtrics EDGE delivers 12k projects per year, 14+ million responses collected across roughly 2500 accounts. We work across existing Qualtrics accounts to maximize the value of the software and help clients leverage data and insights to tackle challenging business objectives. We are seeking a leader of a cross-functional team of experts (in project management, bidding/ scoping, and research design/ analysis).

How You’ll Grow

Things You’ll Do
Manage with empathy a team of roughly 8-10 individuals at varying levels of experience and expertise
Deliver the quarterly revenue and profit goals for your team
Support your direct reports with appropriate enablement opportunities to improve efficiency and outcomes
Guide the team on managing client expectations (scope, deliverables, quality, etc)
Foster an inclusive team culture that inspires fulfillment and engagement
What We’re Looking For On Your
A minimum of 5 to 7 years in an operations role
3+ years of people leadership experience
Understanding and expertise with a wide array of research methodologies
Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, mathematics, or the sciences
Comfortable in a fast-pace, unstructured, and highly competitive environment
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively through both written and spoken forms
Bilingual: English and Spanish written and verbal proficiency
