Data Analytics Coordinator

This position reports directly to the Commercial Data Science Department and its located in Mxico City.

What You Will Do?

Develop and integrate advanced business intelligence models accompanying the business, combining different commercial variables with a solid knowledge of the operation, the consumer market as well as the functions of each of the areas it serves (Sales, Shopper Marketing, Marketing, SF, etc.).

Guarantee efficient decision-making (Data Driven) and through the correct visibility of information, always supported by technological tools.

Implement and permanently update the BI models that guarantee the competitiveness and efficiency of the business leveraged by the new technologies of the consumer market to maintain a competitive advantage against our competitors.

This position accompanies team leaders in decision making based on the interpretation of business information.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement advanced BI models

• Identify business opportunities (plan efficiencies)

• Define the best BI model

• Integrate the needs of the business to a technological platform that improves the performance of the teams/areas

• Ensures efficient decision making

• Interpret the different KPI's of the business and issues to make recommendations

• Integrate complex data from various platforms, ecosystems and technologies by develop advance data models

• Manage and potentiate the SG&A budget of the projects

• Manage projects and providers associated with BI platform solutions

• Develop self-service platforms for information models

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Computer Systems Engineer, Data Science or similar.

• 3 to 5 years in consumer goods (Sales, Trade, BI, CPFR)

• English level advanced

Preferred Skills and Experience:

• Database Management (Access, Vertica, SQL, Oracle)

• Tableau

• Power BI

• Cognos

• Office Advanced

Desired Qualifications:

• Hability to corelate variables from different sources

• Automanagement

• Model Design and Data Tools

• Project Management
