How you´ll make an impact
Analyze, develop tender strategies and handle tenders and contracts with customers and commercial partners while ensuring quality and legal compliance.
Contribute to the development of tender strategies for the assigned area
Remains up to date with local and regional tender requirements (legal requirements within MedTech)
Act as a Quality and compliance specialist for the local organization (ISO, SOX, SOPs, internal/external controls)
Perform Tender identification and assessment
Perform Tender submission, outcome analysis and contract handling
Accountable for productivity and quality metrics of staff, and provide regular standard progress reports and quality metrics to management and cross-functional stakeholders
Partner with sales mgrs and reps to manage effectively bids and tenders, participate in improvement projects
Perform routine and ad-hoc data analysis and generate reports
Respond to inquiries and requests from stakeholders and resolve issues with some complexity
Identify opportunities for innovations in processes.
What you will need
Bachelor's Degree in related field
3 years of previous analytical experience including, spreadsheets, database management systems, and word processing Required
What else will help you
Proven expertise in MS Office Suite
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills
Ability to quantify abstract conceptual data into concrete analysis
Good problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
Solid knowledge and understanding of analytics and tender management
Solid knowledge of business acumen
Strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Must be able to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the organization on specific projects
Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
