Job Title: Buyer/Expediter

Location: Florida, FL

Pay Range: $23-35/hr (based on experience)

What’s the Job?

• Manage the procurement process from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment.

• Identify and qualify potential suppliers, soliciting bids and negotiating best prices.

• Analyze proposals, recommend vendors, and secure approvals for purchase orders.

• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to project deadlines.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone informed.

What’s Needed?

• Bachelor's degree (or 7 years of experience) in a related field.

• Strong understanding of procurement principles and best practices.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, etc.).

• US Citizenship required.
