OVERVIEW: We are an ISO9001 Certified company, and seeking a talented, self-driven and motivated Order Processor/Planner to join our growing team. An Order Processor/Planner is a key member of a company\'s team responsible for processing, scheduling and maintaining customer orders. This can include processing orders for manufacturing, liaising with suppliers, Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing and resolving any issues related to the orders. DUTIES: Responsible for receiving orders from the sales department and setting up orders into MRP system. Review past runs of the same part number for any needed changes to the manufacturing process. Review all revisions to drawings and purchase orders. Review Customer PO\'s and ensure the production process to manufacture the parts required is accurate. The production process of an order involves giving step by step instructions on how to make and build the parts on the customer\'s purchase order. Create and expedite external vendor purchase orders. Ability to read and interpret 2D drawings for parts and tools. Provide administrative duties as required. REQUIREMENTS: The Order Processor/Planner role involves managing the order, manufacturing and delivery processes, ensuring that orders are processed accurately, efficiently and within a set timeframe. Order Processor/Planners require excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and great organizational abilities to successfully manage complex orders daily.
