Description

We are seeking a skilled Level 2 IT Support Specialist with a well-rounded IT background and a focus on virtual desktops, end-user support, troubleshooting, and exceptional customer service. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a growing Managed Services group in the Menomonee Falls, WI area. You can expect some travel and a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing advanced technical support for virtual desktop environments, ensuring smooth operations and user satisfaction.

• Resolving end-user issues and troubleshooting technical problems promptly and effectively, demonstrating a strong grasp of IT fundamentals.

• Delivering exceptional customer service, addressing user inquiries and concerns with professionalism and patience.

• Collaborating with Level 1 support team members to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.

• Contributing to the improvement of IT processes and procedures, leveraging expertise to enhance system reliability and user experience.
