Description

We're seeking a Systems Engineer adept at leveraging Azure virtual desktops, Office 365, and VoIP technologies to optimize our client's digital infrastructure. The ideal candidate will excel in documentation practices and provide robust systems support to ensure seamless operations. This is a Direct Hire opportunity with a growing Managed Services group in the Menomonee Falls, WI area. You can expect some travel and a hybrid work environment. Key responsibilities include:

• Architecting and implementing Azure virtual desktop solutions for enhanced user experience and productivity.

• Managing and optimizing Office 365 suite, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, and Teams, to facilitate collaborative workflows.

• Overseeing VoIP systems to maintain high-quality communication channels and troubleshooting any related issues.

• Maintaining thorough documentation of system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.

• Providing timely and effective systems support to address user queries, incidents, and requests, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
