Nalco Water, an Ecolab company, is seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist based in Mendota Heights, MN,to assist and support the Logistics Manager in daily operation. What You Will Do: Foster clear communication with your team and internal contacts to address service related interests. Develop close relationships with key vendors concerning contract terms, payments and service while complying with all safety and regulatory requirements. Act as a subject matter expert and perform various logistics activities such as account management, database maintenance, replenishment and inventory forecasting, shortage resolution, distribution planning, delivery execution and exception management activities. Manage quality, service and cost metrics. Regularly analyze and report on measured data while developing and implementing specific plans to achieve improvements.
