Unit Description
Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a General Manager 3 to join our team at one of our high-profile hospitality brand clients in Memphis TN!. the current food landscape consists of 1 Corporate Cafe that serves Breakfast and Lunch only, Pantry Services, Vending and Catering & Conference Services.
The General Manager 3 will be the number 1 onsite. Duties will include but not limited to:
Overseeing the day-to-day operation
Responsible for FOH and BOH
Leading and developing a team of 2 salaried managers and 12 hourly employees.
Manage the client relationship.
Responsible for all financial
HR related duties.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for hospitality and provide an excellent dining experience. Excellent presentation skills, Strong communication skills.
This position offers a traditional Business and Industry, Monday through Friday schedule. However, the ideal candidate must be flexible to work some evenings.
Accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation per year (first year pro-rated based on date of hire). Medical Benefits beginning date of hire, and 401K with company match eligible.
