How you will make an impact

• Provide administrative assistance to the AP/Finance Department

• Verify, log and mail checks, including expediting special handling

• Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed

• Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners

• Open, sort, and distribute daily department mail

• Complete special projects on an as-needed basis

• Provide internal and external audit assistance as required

• Conduct full-cycle A/P

• Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies Requirements - Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds

• Accounts Payable (AP) experience desired

• Microsoft Excel experience preferred

• Highly organized and self-motivated

• Prior experience in an A/P role preferred

• AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

• Proficient with spreadsheets and databases
