Randstad is currently looking for an Administrative support associate in Melbourne,FL.The role involves providing administrative support to financial advisors, including managing schedules, travel arrangements, and correspondence. It involves delivering exceptional client service through various communication channels and maintaining accurate records and office supplies. Additionally, it involves coordinating appointments and handling office-related tasks to ensure efficient operations. Location : Melbourne, FL 32901 Pay: $18/hr Schedule Details: Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM Training Days/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

salary: $17 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

  • Assist Financial Advisor(s) colleagues with service and operational related activities such as providing service to clients via telephone, direct interaction and/or written correspondence

  • Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including managing calendars, travel arrangements, and expense reports.

  • Handle office correspondence, including mail distribution and email management.

  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, coordinating repairs and orders as needed.

  • Schedule and prepare for appointments with new or prospective clients

  • Execute various administrative functions for the Financial Advisor(s) and Branch Management including,

  • Establish and maintain filing and record keeping necessary to support efforts to service and grow client relationships
