Responsibilities:

Duties of the role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Manage the tracking and reporting of weapons stock take.

  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of stock levels.

  • Implement and maintain efficient systems for weapons inventory management.

  • Conduct regular audits to identify compliance issues.

  • Develop and implement remediation plans to address audit findings.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure corrective actions are taken.

  • Lead initiatives to modernise compliance systems and processes.

  • Stay current with industry best practices and technology to enhance compliance efficiency.

  • Implement new technologies to streamline compliance operations.

  • Oversee the administration and management of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) paperwork.

  • Ensure accurate and organised data management for ILS documentation.

  • Collaborate with relevant teams to maintain compliance with ILS requirements.

The ideal candidate:

  • MILIS qualifications in logistics catalogues (mandatory)

  • NV1 AGSVA security clearance (mandatory)

  • Well-developed communications skills

  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and capable of finding opportunities

  • Comfortable taking ownership of tasks and projects, demonstrating a self-driven and proactive approach

  • Ability to demonstrate resilience and agility in adapting to a rapidly changing work environment
