Description Robert Half is looking for an experienced, driven Accounting Manager for an immediate opening at an innovative, on-the-rise company. In this position, you will be responsible for leading daily operations, including maintaining the general ledger system, preparing and/or reviewing appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations, preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements, assisting with regulatory reporting as applicable, and related duties. Preferably, you should be able to establish and scale company accounting and finance operations. Key responsibilities

• Work closely with FP& A and accounting management to create relevant and timely reports on financial data analytics like the monthly flash report, key financial metrics, and actual spend against budgets/outlook

• Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

• Provide regular review and analysis of balance sheets and income statement accounts owned by the Senior Accountant

• Lead and encourage the full accounting team performance during the closing process to ensure deadlines are met

• Assist in the implementation of NetSuite Financials, including system and process design, data migration, testing, training, and go-forward system administration

• Contribute to the preparation of GAAP financial statements through data analysis, document preparation, integrity validation, and reconciliation processes

• Prepare a variety of technical accounting analyses, policies, and procedures Requirements - Working knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems is valuable

• Knowledge of general ledger

• Month end closings experience

• Strong familiarity with financial statement preparation

• Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

• Solid technology and analytical abilities

• CPA or MBA preferred

• Customer service oriented communication skills

• Recent relevant financial experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or equivalent degree and/or experience
