Job Title: Production Labor

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Production Laborer, where you will routinely use molds and presses in the production process to produce first part and regular production parts efficiently with minimal to no supervision. This role is crucial in manufacturing assignments following detailed written procedures, where recognizing deviations from accepted practice is required. You will need to possess the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

Hard Skills

  • Lifting up to 30 lbs

  • Reading a tape measure

  • Using hand tools to fabricate parts

Soft Skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Tape Measure proficiency

  • Hand Dexterity

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in McMinnville, Oregon.

Work Environment

Working in a manufacturing environment with variable environmental conditions, including temperature instability and exposure to atmospheric conditions such as fumes, odors, dusts, mists, gases, or vapors, and solvents and other industrial chemicals.
