The Data Analyst will be responsible for:

• Maintaining and improving both internal operational team and enterprise-wide customers reporting and analysis needs.

• This may include, but not limited to:

• Building key performance reporting for software ordering

• Improving and maintaining Flexera tool health reports and analysis methods

• Leading initiatives to standardize financial elements within Flexera to enhance reporting usage of financial/licensing data for Enterprise portfolios, customers, and building visuals within the tool based on needs of our end users

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Required: Flexera, Tableau, SQL, SAS, Power BI

• ServiceNow, Excel

• Data modeling, data transformation, data programming agile, queries

• Proven aptitude for learning and using data analysis reporting tools.

• Strong collaboration and relationship building skills.

• High learning agility, to assimilate a tool (aka Flexera) to maximize data reporting capabilities for a varied customer base

• Innovative and creative, to streamline existing operational reporting and offer/execute solutions for improvements

• Ability to work independently across various roles to define requirements and build reporting/dashboard solutions which provide insight into Software Asset & Cost Data
