Dart Container Sr HR Strategy Specialist in Mason, Michigan

Are you passionate about organization development and HR strategy?

As a part of the People Strategy and HR Effectiveness team, you will lead and ensure successful development, implementation and completion of key people-related strategies, initiatives and policies aligned with business objectives, as well as monitoring and improving the effectiveness of HR programs and processes.

What You'll Do... Createand executepeople strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives ConductStrategic Planning sessions and leadthe development and ongoing management of HR strategic plan initiatives ManageHR policies, including research and recommending new policies or changes to existing policies Planand leadmultiple concurrent projects, including managing key HR initiatives, and process improvement efforts Provideoversight, accountability and project management functions for key HR projects identified by the HR Leadership team, ensuring project progress and timely completion What You'll Bring... Bachelor's degree with demonstrated history of continuous learning, acquiring new skills, and taking on increased levels of responsibility within Human Resources Proficiency in Project Management principles with a history of results that drive organizational success, support employee growth, and foster a positive workplace culture Demonstrated experience developing and executing people strategies aligned with business objectives Demonstrated experience leading strategic planning workshops, and managing implementation of the plan Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR policies and/or procedures Demonstrated experience successfully leading large-scale change management efforts Experience coaching and leading other HR employees Experience diagnosing issues and improving processes utilizing continuous improvement/problem solving techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills necessary to persuade and influence decision making of individuals, groups, or work teams, and to explain issues or processes Ability to travel up to 20% of the time domestically Experience with vendor management, preferred Master's degree with an emphasis in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field of study, preferred Background in Organizational Development or Human Resources Strategy role highly desired
