Dart Container Data Processor in Mason, Michigan

In this role, you'll work a hybrid schedule of 3 days on site at our corporate offices in Mason, Michigan, and up to 2 days remote.

Dart is on the search for an Associate or Mid-levelData Processorwho will support and/or perform data creation and maintenance activities in order to meet business data quality requirements. In this role, you willsupport change and sustained improvements through enterprise data management and broader organizational data governance standards.

Associate Data Processor: TheAssociate Data Processorwill provide routine level support for master data maintenance functions.

Data Processor: TheData Processorwill provide intermediate level support for master data maintenance functions.

Day-to-Day Role: Associate Data Processorwill:

Create and maintain enterprise data in compliance with data governance and quality standards

Execute and support data maintenance processes and workflows

Collaborate with Data Maintenance functions across the company to deliver high quality data

Utilize enterprise data standards to ensure data quality is maintained according to enterprise requirements Implement process improvements as directed by Data Maintenance Manager Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Stewards to understand and assist in resolving data quality problems Collaborate with other Data Processors to ensure Service Level Agreements are met Discover data quality gaps, discuss with appropriate personnel and come up with proposed improvements Administer assigned components of systems, programs and processes according to established policies and procedures Develop proficiency with company systems to effectively support department functions Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential

In addition to the above, the mid-levelData Processorwill also: Work with the Data Analysts to review quality metrics and implement process improvements Collaborate with Data Analysts and Data Stewards to assist in resolving data quality problems Discover data quality gaps and propose improvements Provide mentorship and assistance to Associate Data Processor personnel

Core Skills and Qualifications: Associate Data Processorrequires: Associate's degree with an emphasis in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Mathematics, Supply Chain or related field of study. Bachelor's degree ispreferred One (1) year of SAP experience, working with master data Excellent verbal and written skills necessary in order to communicate intricate job-related processes to internal customers Ability to solve problems Ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate, and resolve discrepancies Microsoft Word skills to include the ability to create reports containing graphs and other intermediate functions Microsoft Excel skills to include the ability to create spreadsheets (e.g., formulas such as V-lookup, graphs, pivot tables) Strong customer service skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Organizational skills including the ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines Ability to think strategically and see how parts interact with the big picture Ability to streamline processes, integrate, and associate pieces of information gathered from multiple sources and apply to projects Ability to maintain composure when faced with stressful situations

In addition to the above, theData Processoralso requires: Three (3) years of SAP experience, working with master data Proven analytical problem solver Ability to effectively contribute to and lead team discussions

Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Microsoft PowerPoint skills to include the ability to create presentations and add slides, insert images, move and resize objects
