Your day to day as a Accounting Specialist

As a Full-Time Accounting Specialist at Wisper ISP, you will play a vital role in our accounting department,engaging in all aspects of financial management. Your responsibilities will include managing invoices,fostering vendor relations, and meticulouslyhandling expense reportsto ensure accuracy and compliance.You will collate, prepare, and interpret comprehensive financial reports, budgets, and statements, providing valuable insights into the organization\'s financial health.

By maintaining accounting controls and adhering to established billing policies and procedures, you will contribute to the integrity of our financial processes. Additionally, you willassist with the important month-end closings and annual audits,ensuring that our financial statements reflect our commitment to integrity and excellence. This position is eligible for Hybrid home/office schedule after initial training period--regular in-office work/attendance is required up to 3 days per week. Candidate must live within one hour\'s driving distance from the local office and have reliable transportation.

**Internet connection requirements for remote work include speeds exceeding 25 Mbps down and 3 Mbps up (Satellite and/or cellular connection are not sufficient)

To excel as a Full-Time Accounting Specialist at Wisper ISP, you should possess a strong foundation in accounting principles, ideally backed by an Associate\'s degree in accounting or finance. With a minimum of three years of general accounting experience, you\'ll bring valuable expertise in managing invoices, vendor relations, and expense reports. Proficiency in accounting software and tools is essential, as it will enable you to collate, prepare, and interpret financial documents with precision. Your strong analytical skills and attention to detail will be crucial for maintaining accounting controls and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

Additionally, it is important to be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future, as this role offers you the chance to become an integral part of our dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are:

• Associates degree in accounting or finance
• 3+ years of general accounting experience
