Associated Constructors is seeking to fill a heavy equipment Mechanic position. This position is year round full time employment with an excellent benefits package.
Duties: - Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment to ensure proper functioning. - Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating equipment. - Use schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues. - Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a heavy equipment mechanic
- Knowledge of tire service and repair for heavy equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals.
- Strong mechanical aptitude for equipment repair and maintenance.
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness for precise operation of machinery.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including lifting heavy objects and working in various weather conditions.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
