We are seeking a Manager, Project Services Set Up to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business as a remote position.

As the Manager, Project Services Set Up, you will be providing day-to-day direction of staff and manage the Client Delivery Team to achieve client and company goals and/or initiatives. You will be supporting direct reports and drive continuous improvement in processes and procedures used by the project team.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing day-to-day direction of staff.

• Managing the Client Delivery Team.

• Supporting different groups.

• Initiating improvements in processes and procedures.

• Performing duties and responsibilities of Project Manager if/when needed.

• Leading complex project-level activities.

• Mentoring, training, developing, managing, and disciplining employees.

• Developing techniques to ensure customer satisfaction.

What We Are Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree Life Sciences and/or related field. Preferred

• Minimum 4 years of experience in clinical trials/ hospital-funded research, project management or laboratory environment. Preferred

• Direct Line Management experience.

• Or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

The Knowledge, Skills and Abilities needed for this role:

• Strong people management skills.

• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and client management skills.

• Strong knowledge of Project Services processes, laboratory operations procedure.

• Strong verbal/written communication skill including good command of English language. Bilingual with reasonable proficiency in English is preferred.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $98,500.00 - $147,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
