A client of Insight Global has an excellent opportunity for a Digital Transformation Technical Architect/Manager to join our team in Marietta, GA. The Digital Transformation Architect/Manager will be responsible for leadership, delivery, and design experience for our software development teams as we work together to build the next generation of Digital Products (Web, Mobile).

What you will be doing:

* Provide oversight, strategic management, enterprise architecture and technical direction for development of digital product and services.

* Collaborate with tech teams across the organization to design the best Digital Martech solutions.

* Participate in the evaluation and selection of IT vendors.

* Build and lead software development teams.

* Hire and mentor software engineers within the DX organization.

* Accountable for the tech digital solutions

* Performs other duties as required.

Skills and Requirements

* BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field is a must.

* 10+ years of professional experience within architecting, developing, and shipping software products and/or services.

* 3+ years of experience managing people and teams; embodying servant leadership, empowering teams and collaborative work processes.

* Proven experience designing and delivering Marketing Technology (MarTech) solutions bringing together digital experiences, Personalization, Data, Marketing Campaigns, PIM/DAM to drive consumer engagement and conversion.

* Knowledge of React and Python

* Proven experience architecting and developing complex digital applications and solutions for Web and Mobile applications

* Delivery within CI/CD, multiple environments, Agile, Lean, or Kanban

* Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high growth environment that respects its engineers and users.

* Ability to collaborate with product and business counterparts, as well as present ideas to internal and external audiences. * Experience with vendor selection processes and managing vendors and contractors in addition to internal software development internal resources. null
