Job Summary Employee will maintain the organization's inventory; ordering and supplying necessary items while maintaining accurate records of all procurements. Works closely with cost accountant. HOURS: M-TH 6am-4:30pm Essential Duties/Responsibilities Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time. Familiarity with MRP and data entry systems. Detect discrepancies between stocks and records. Maintain negative reports with cost accountant and plant manager. Perform cycle counts and inventory. Identify low-turn stock. Fulfillment of orders - LTL and small package. Maintain sufficient supply. Minimize cost and reduce losses. Works closely with cost accountant. All other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications Two or more years of warehouse management experience. Demonstrated proficiency in the use of business technologies including Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multi-task in a dynamic business environment. Excellent organizational skills. Experience in material management. Manufacturing background preferred. Good written and verbal communication. Basic budget management skills. Self-motivated, highly organized, with superior time management skills. Physical Demands Required to reach with hands and arms. Push, pull, move or lift up to 50 lbs.
