Here, you will make an impact by:Design, build, and manage the OT network infrastructure to ensure high levels of availability and security of the core organizational functions.Execute architectural strategies and help create solutions for highly complex and multi-faceted problems.Collaborate with others on network products, services, protocols, and standards in support of network development efforts.Provide Operational technology knowledge around OT Security, OT business operations.Collaborate with operational teams to ensure the proper integration of technologies and smooth performance of OT systems.Ensures implementation of appropriate Operational technology principles for a typically large and complex operation. Plans, organizes, and directs activities.Measure and report on network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as needed to identify and correct network issues.Your Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and five (5) years of IT/OT experience in a private, public, government or military environmentORHigh School Diploma/ GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) and ten (10) years of IT/OT Experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Ability to integrate and lead multifunctional perspectives (lab, manufacturing, marketing, supply chain, etc.) to meet strategic plans and align with business objectives or corporate goals.Makes contributions to the creation of division/org strategic and operational plans or research effort, utilizing internal expertise of on-going businesses.Work location:Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on site, or hybrid)Travel: May include up to 10%Relocation Assistance: May be authorized.Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-being3M offers many programs to help you live your best life both physically and financially. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position.
