Twin City Staffing LLC Medical Assembler in Maple Grove, Minnesota
Twin City Staffing is looking for a skilled medical assembler to join a growing company in Maple Grove. As a medical assembler, you will be responsible for assembling medical products from extruded or molded components, following customer specifications, and using measuring tools and microscope to perform duties. Location: Maple Grove, MN Hours: 6:30 am 3 pm or 7 am- 3:30 pm, Monday Friday Wage: $18/hr. Benefits of the medical assembler: Medical Dental Vision FSA Disability Accident Critical Long term life insurance Duties of the medical assembler: Assemble medical products from extruded or molded components Assemble finished products using sub-assemblies and parts, and pack in designated carton according to customer specifications sheet and company policies Place discrete components together per customer specifications Fuse or bond products to meet finished product specifications Bulk package product per customer requirements Report problems or issues to supervisor for assistance Use manufacturing documentation including prints, Manufacturing Processes, and the Travelers to perform duties Use measuring tools and microscope to perform duties Requirements of the medical assembler: 6 months of experience in any small assembly Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds routinely and 40 pounds occasionally Use a microscope and/or magnifying lens occasionally Basic math and reading proficiency Able to follow written procedures and instructions Able to work independently with minimum supervision Additional Information: To learn more about the medical assembler position, contact Leanne at 763-299-2133.
