COUNTY OF MANITOWOC Contract Specialist-Human Services Dept. in MANITOWOC, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Manitowoc County Human Services Department is seeking a Contract Specialist. This position will Initiate all provider contracts while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and county requirements and will: Maintain all current provider contract files including licensure, proof of insurance, and pertinent correspondence between the county, and the provider. Conducts regular reviews to ensure the terms of the contracts are being met, and the contracted units have not been exceeded. Amend contracts as needed. Enters authorizations for services into financial system. Updates all rates sheets so financial staff can ensure accurate billing. Identifies potential high-risk providers and work with the Deputy Director, and Director to mitigate such risk. Reviews all contracts, and contract addendums, annually to ensure compliance with the DHS Contract Manual, DHS Manuals, DCF Manuals, Allowable Cost Manual, and Federal Uniform Grant Guidance Requirements.
