Schone's Chiropractic, P.C. Office Manager in Manistique, Michigan
Schone's Chiropractic P.C. in Manistique, MI is looking for a energetic and caring individual to join their team in the position of office manager. Previous management experience is preferred, but not required.
The right candidate is well organized and willing to create a 5-star experience for all patients.
*Responsibilities: *
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking patients in and out
- Collecting payments
- Insurance billing (Experience is a plus)
- Reconciling Patient ledgers
- Setting up new patients
*Requirements: *
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to mulitask
- Motivated self-starter and learner
- Goal oriented and willing to grow
- Must be willing to travel for pre-planned training throughout the year
*Compensation: *
- 32 - 40 Hours per week
- Pay range - $13.50 - $16.00 per hour depending on experience
- Paid every 2 weeks
