Position Summary:
- The Food Processing Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the day to daymaintenance of infrastructure and equipment that produces canned coffeeproducts
- Actively participates in efficient maintenance and changeover of equipment that supportsthe conversion of raw materials to finishedgoods.
- Maintains operating knowledge of all equipment and processing including updates to equipment orprocesses.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of equipment.
- Perform scheduled and preventative maintenance of equipment.
- Perform mechanical skills including but not limited to mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting.
- Repair and maintain machinery and equipment such as motors, pneumatic tools, and conveyor systems.
- Read and interpret equipment manuals for daily, weekly, monthly, and annual maintenance.
- Perform service and maintain auxiliary equipment such as chillers, heaters, dryers, grinders, and conveyors
