Job Summary

Will review customer solutions (design) for accuracy and viability – assuring the services recommended meet and exceed the customer’s expectations. Working with different departments to enable to complete complex sales and infrastructure implementation.

Job Description

  • Responsible for data information gathering of Masergy’s portfolio of services.

  • WAN-LAN information and validation if compliant to the design.

  • Participate in client implementation planning by assisting customer in technical data collection related activities such as TDT calls and emails to ensure seamless integration or turn-up of Masergy’s services for both new and existing customers.

  • SD-WAN Non SD-WAN TCIF Spreadsheet Management according to NE's standard template and what is defined according to the CDT page.

  • TCIF Handling of Old Logo Customers provided that they are properly turned over to the TCIF Team. Support in providing necessary TCIF workbook / standard template to the team handling the account.

  • Resolving TCIF Error tickets raised by NAE by reaching out to involved resource person/department (including Customers, CDE, PM, etc.) if necessary and complete missing information.

  • Correcting / clarifying information provided by Provisioning Team.

  • Filtering MAC requests that are NAE’s responsibility and determining the right direction for the request.

  • TCIF data collection from reseller and VAR TCIF Upload

  • Follow up via email or call customer on pending TCIF information provided that the schedule for activation has been given in advance.

  • Pulling IES IP Address Assignment

Education

Bachelor's Degree

While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
