Job Description

Job Purpose :

The Treasury Specialist will report to Senior Treasury Analyst and is responsible for the completion of daily cash operations. The position requires working hours to align with US banking hours. This role involves working in treasury management software and various online banking portals. Position involves the creation and/or handling of confidential financial information.

Essential Functions :

• Perform daily reconciliation of bank transactions within treasury management system to ensure no fraudulent activity has occurred

• Update reporting related to daily cash flow for actuals and forecast

• Coordinate with multiple different departments to ensure wire and ACH transactions are completed timely for domestic and international payments

• Analyze cash position daily, in multiple currencies, to determine if borrowing or paydown is needed

• Prepare daily credit facility documents

• Initiate and review wires and/or ACH payments out of various systems

• Monthly analysis of bank fees to ensure proper utilization of services

• Maintain department documentation for procedures and banking information

• Manage payment of any Treasury Department invoices

• Prepare monthly accruals for accounting department

• Ad hoc reporting as necessary

• Additional duties as required

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred

Experience:

• 0-3 years

Special Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Understanding of the banking system

• Understanding of accounting principles

• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with management

• Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to ensuring compliance with corporate policies and regulations

• Knowledge of Microsoft suite
