SIEMENS MEDICAL SOLUTIONS USA, INC. Customer Service Engineer, Level III in Malvern, Pennsylvania

Siemens Medical Solutions USA, Inc. seeks a Customer Service Engineer, Level III to service Imaging Equipment needed in Northeastern Ohio.  Work in a field-based customer-facing role that installs, services, maintains, and modifies Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites.  Support the Magnetic Resonance (MR), Computed Tomography (CT) and Advanced Therapy (AT) modality.  100% travel required to customer sites in Northeastern Ohio.  Remote work permitted.  

The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related Engineering field and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Service Technician, Industrial Electrician, or a related occupation.  Will accept an Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related Engineering field and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or as a Service Technician, Industrial Electrician, or a related occupation. The position requires experience with the following skills: Training in advanced magnet repair procedures (replacement of cold head and de-ice for MRI's); Performing service, preventative maintenance, and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision; Experience establishing and maintaining proper business relationships with customers and peers; Experience with using tools and service test equipment; Valid driver's license and good driving record.  100% travel required to customer sites in Northeastern Ohio.  Remote work permitted
