Our People Analytics role will help shape our understanding of the employee experience through data analysis and insights generation.
As a People Analytics Specialist, you will lead efforts to collect, analyse, and interpret data related to employee engagement providing actionable recommendations to enhance our workplace culture and drive business outcomes. Data analysis (quantitative & qualitative), communications, presentation skills, and project management are key to your work.

What you will do:
Analyse and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and inform follow-up actions
Glean insights from the employee listening channels to set strategic priorities for the team
Proactively analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize retention strategies
Translate complex data into clear and actionable insights for key stakeholders
Develop training materials and resources and conduct workshops to build data literacy and analytical skills across HR
Apply predictive analytics to assess the impact of organizational changes and to tailor communication strategies accordingly
Partner with the Avanade all employee survey team (ALLI) to support the launch of our bi-annual employee listening survey - focusing on the global analysis of survey results
Skills and experiences
Proven experience in people analytics, HR analytics, or a similar role.
Proficiency in statistical analysis tools, as well as data visualization tools like Power BI.
Strong understanding of survey methodologies and survey design.
Good understanding of the Viva Suite.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to distil complex findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
Solid project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Familiarity with HR systems and knowledge of data privacy regulations is a plus but not required.
