Manulife China Bank Life Assurance Corporation is seeking a self-motivated Senior Training Supervisor who is obsessed with delivering value, is forward-thinking, and excited to see the successful client partnerships through the products and services that we offer.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, enhance, and develop onboarding modules, follow up follow through training Curriculum ,digital initiatives for new FSAs

  • Conduct BEST onboarding training with the current training team complement.

  • Conduct the Follow Up Follow Through Training Sessions for new FSAs.

  • Execute the required administrative tasks of the onboarding program and Follow Up Follow Through Training Sessions.

  • Promote the use of the digital training platform to all FSAs.

  • Develop modules and content to support the planned decentralized training effort.

  • Conduct TTT on the modules and content developed to support the planned decentralized training.

  • Monitor the field execution of the planned decentralized training effort

  • Conduct training evaluation based on the objective of the module developed

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Holder

  • Has at least 5 years experience in handling a digital training platform for an insurance company

  • Has at least 5 years experience in handling module development for an insurance company

  • Has at least 5 years experience in handling module delivery for an insurance company

  • Has an understanding of the Philippine insurance industry

  • Must be data driven and have experience in crafting roll out strategies as well as ways to encourage platform usage

  • Must be resilient in the face of challenges

  • Must be able to establish rapport with stakeholders

  • Must have very strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills

  • Well-versed in the training design and implementation cycle to allow him to conceptualize, design, deliver, and review for improvement the training programs.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and in various MS Office applications.

  • A person of integrity, credibility, flexibility, creativity, and has strong work ethics.
