Job Description:
Plans, implements, coordinates and manages all mechanical, electrical & building operations/maintenance/ repair activities, minor works projects, communications, energy management, and manpower development programs for the accounts across the country to protect the client and CBRE against Asset failure, KPI failure and any potential risk.
Directly manages profit and loss (P&L) of Engineering and Technical support group. Overseeing overall country technical services financial performance.
Serves as the Engineering and Technical lead for advisory content creation that will be used for technical consultancy / advisory as well as market thought leadership initiatives.
Responsibility for identifying project opportunities for both new appointments and existing projects. Establishing work order, delivery support infrastructure, and service request process.
Develops and provides for ongoing improvement of preventive maintenance, engineering and operational procedures. Budgets and supports project and capital plans – in close coordination via site delivery teams.
Provides formal and informal (dotted line) supervision to individual employees within single functional or operational area.
Experience
At least 7 years of experience in the property management industry.
Minimum of seven (7) years’ experience and/or training and min 2 years’ experience in managerial level. Knowledge and understanding of asset maintenance CMMS systems i.e. IBM Maximo, FaciliWorks, etc.
Experience in managing to a P/L
Certifications/licenses as may be required by local or state jurisdictions, where applicable

Qualifications
Tertiary qualification in either Electrical or Mechanical Engineering discipline. Licensed Engineer is preferred.
Demonstrated knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and CAD desirable.
