Description

We are looking for a Financial Analyst in the Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt industry to join our team in Maitland, Florida. In this role, you will assist in the development of both financial and non-financial reports, automate redundant reporting tasks, and design financial and operational reports. This role also involves organizing meetings, providing financial data to Operations, and documenting issues in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation of detailed and high-level reports for management on a variety of topics

• Use tools such as Microsoft Excel’s Visual Basic to identify and automate redundant reporting tasks

• Design financial and operational reports using Excel’s Jet Reports

• Ensure the quality and accuracy of all reports distributed by the Business Reporting Team

• Use Tableau to design financial and operational dashboards

• Organize meetings, provide financial data to Operations, and document issues in a clear and concise manner

• Use various computer applications including SharePoint, Microsoft Word, and Power Point

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems, CapEx, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP Solutions, Great Plains (GPAC), About Time, Accounting Functions, Budget Processes, Expense Reporting, Finance to perform duties effectively.

Requirements • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• In-depth knowledge of CapEx processes and calculations

• Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems

• Familiarity with ERP Solutions for real estate industry

• Proficiency in using Great Plains (GPAC) software

• Experience with 'About Time' software

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions in real estate

• Solid experience in Budget Processes and financial planning

• Proficiency in Expense Reporting procedures

• Strong background in Finance, preferably within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Management industry.
