EMPLOYER: Providence Consulting Group, Ltd. (dba "PCG") Job site: 964 Falcon Point, Maineville, OH 45039 (Warren County)- 100% remote position. Reports to headquarters in Maineville, OH. Travel up to 40% of the time, domestic and international, based on client needs. JOB TITLE: Senior Consultant DUTIES: Gain expertise in the Infor Deployment Methodology. Manage customer expectations in light of current and planned solution capabilities. Actively participate in status meetings and escalate issues that need attention by management. Work directly with customer's stakeholders to ensure that rationale/value for the project is documented and agreement is reached on how value-based use cases will be implemented. Collaborate with solution architects on solution design and help define the integration approach, data flow diagram and to initiate product enhancements. Perform detailed gap analysis and write use case test plans. Create data mapping specifications for integrations and also build test plans Configure the application as per solution design and execute test cases based on the test plan during all phases of testing. Organize and conduct customer training to drive adoption. Provide input to build the deployment plan and support solution rollout. Monitor solution stability post-implementation and facilitate effective handover to support the organization. Stays current in Infor LN technology -- 10.x and completed required education via PCG's access to Infor Campus curriculum. Required to enter time/expenses per PCG policy. Utilize database queries to investigate application or configuration issues with the knowledge of data models and object relationships. Travel up to 40% of the time, domestic and international. 100% remote position. Reports to headquarters in Maineville, OH. REQUIREMENTS: 4 years of experience in the role offered or in similar role involved with Infor LN software implementation specific to manufacturing/planning. Special Skills: Experience must include: 1. Four (4) years of experience in technical design and development using ERLP LN and BaaN tools including application interface development using API's/BOD's/AFS/BOIs. 2. Four (4) years of experience using Infor LN Technologies 3.
