RESPONSIBILITIES

• Your main responsibility will be to lead the functional consultancy of cloud products as well as standard data integration layers. In this role:

• You will receive all the requirements from our regional and Verbund sites’ SPOC’s and will prioritize their demand.

• You will align with our internal team of functional experts and decide the best way cover our customers’ demand.

• In the area of cloud solutions:

• You will be in responsible to find the best fitting market solution for multiple modes of transport as well as multiple regions.

• You will coordinate all global implementations potentially managing multiple vendors.

• During the project implementations you will act as SPOC for our vendors, channeling our demands towards them.

• You will be responsible to monitor the appropriate evolution of projects in time, budget, and scope.

• You will also coordinate the on-going support for the rolled-out solutions.

• In the area of integration and data:

• You will define the relevant KPI’s to be built in our data platform.

• In alignment with our functional experts, you will define the data model that will be later provided to our customers for their self-autonomous consumption.

• You will coordinate the technical teams to ensure that all cloud solutions can be integrated with our ERP’s

• In the area of Product Architecture.

• You will define the product specific design together with the development teams.

• You will design target picture architectures for the Yard Management system landscape.

• You will monitor that all cybersecurity assessments and reviews are up to date for all products.

• You will align with other product teams in the organization to provide an end-to-end solution approach for our solutions. This includes OT connectivity, industrial mobility devices, authorizations, etc.

• During the implementations, you will perform functional tests of the developments and will coordinate the UAT’s.

• When possible, you will also define automatic tests to support the regression tests of the solution.

QUALIFICATIONS

Overall, we are looking for a senior profile with more than 10 years’ experience. Best candidates should have a technical background with a large experience dealing with suppliers and customers with great communication skills. Project management skills are also a plus. We require:

• +10 years of experience as functional and technical consultant in SAP, not specifically focused on programming. Experience as product owner of SAP solutions is perfectly valid as well.

• +10 years working with technical teams

• +7 years working as SPOC for the customers.

• +5 years managing the collaboration with software providers

• +5 years as project manager

• +5 years supporting the design of technical infrastructure of SAP and UI5 products.

• +5 years defining different upstream interfaces with SAP ERP’s

• +5 years in high complex environments managing multiple projects with multiple providers (internal and externals) customers involved.

• +3 years coordinating technical teams

• +3 years in logistics and/or chemical industries.

• Growth mindset and self-driven motivation to lead disruptive initiatives.

• Team player

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with TM and WM modules is a plus.

• Networking incl. ISA-95 level model

• Cloud experience, especially in SaaS models

• Data Integration Layer (DIL), esp. API Mgmt., Kafka, CPI

• Site Logistics operational/automation technology, e.g. for weighing, barriers

• Cyber security, esp. for Cloud
