As an IT PROJECT MANAGER (H/M), located in Madrid, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Work with the Solution Architect and Business Analysts to understand and clarify business requirements.

  • Conduct design reviews and validate estimations from internal and external resources

  • Gain proficiency in OTIS development standards and ensure teams follow

  • Working under the Process of Functional Module and work with the internal and external team to provide the valid solution for the problem.

  • Experience with designing, developing, and testing EnterpriseOne objects across Functional Modules

  • Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle (Requirement gathering, Designing, Development & Testing, signing off with user, providing production support)

  • Good problem solving and debugging skills.

  • Analyze requirements, design, code, and test medium to complex solutions.

  • Design effective, scalable, and maintainable solutions following OTIS development standards

  • Troubleshoot existing applications and create long term solutions

  • Provide accurate estimates for development effort and risks of proposed solutions

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.

  • Must be meticulous with a strong analytical background to perform preliminary functional user testing.

  • Ability to achieve results in a dynamic and demanding environment

  • Ability to communicate well to all levels of Key Users.

  • Demonstrates the highest ethical standards

Experience Required

  • 6 - 12 years overall IT/DT experience

  • 6+ years of technical experience with .Net c#, developments, ASP.Net MVC, Net Core, WebAPI, Entity Framework.

  • Good understanding HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery.

  • 6+ years of MSQL Server.

  • Good understanding DevOps, Jira, other additional project management tool.

  • Experience working with Visual Basic 6.0

  • Good to have understanding of tools like SharePoint, O365, DevOps.

  • Experience managing teams will be valuable.

  • B2++ / C1 English level.
