Job Description

Digital Consumer Tech & Product Lead works closely with Marketing, Media, Sales and IT teams as essential technical partners in leveraging the multitude of digital platforms, data streams, external agencies and emerging technology partners required to drive the business and win with our consumer’s Digital path-to-purchase. They are sought-after resources in each Market providing leadership through the lens of technology for both Country-specific needs as well as cross-country solutions and capabilities.

The role involves the following responsibilities.

  • Articulate Corporate 1:1 Consumer Program 3-5 year vision, where to play and how to win choices to deliver targets sustainably.

  • Create Department Data Power House: Define and lead corporate data strategy for Brand & full on execution, focusing on how to exponentially grow the value of data to drive category growth.

  • Lead the organization in delivering BIC 1:1 consumer plan to foster penetration growth.

  • Data as Competitive Advantage: Define and lead corporate data strategy & full on execution, focusing on how to generate penetration and conversion.

  • Expand & grow consumer platform potential (App & webapp) by delivering a strong acquisition, engagement & retention plan.

  • Ensure a BIC UX/UI experience on the platform & constantly improve the process.

  • Technical set up: (1) Ensure the right tech architecture and tech team structure to support the program successfully, (2) Define tech innovation pipeline based on program objectives and lead the development, testing and deployment of new capabilities with high speed to market.

Job Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Consumer Digital, Media, Data & Analytics

  • Degree in a quantitative field (Operation Research, Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Math, Statistics, Analytics etc.)

  • Willingness to discover new things and learn quickly, working with different business scenarios, handling multiple priorities and with a strong passion for both business & technology.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated, dynamic, collaborative and "can-do" attitude

  • Understanding of data analytics, data manipulation & Cloud Big Data environments (Google preferred).

  • English required (written and oral).

  • Experience on a big tech company is a plus.

  • Experience managing teams.

  • Experience managing media budgets and interaction with agencies.
