RESPONSIBILITIES

We are seeking a skilled SAP Business Technology Platform Specialist for HR to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key role in the implementation, maintenance, and support of our SAP system, specifically focusing on the HR module. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and provide technical expertise to drive HR IT roadmap.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Design, configure, and customize the SAP Business Technology Platform to meet HR requirements and streamline processes.

• Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical solutions.

• Coordinate and align with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement solution and the integrations between SuccessFactors SAP HANA and other 3rd Party systems

Internal

• Provide technical expertise in integration and enhancements like CPI Cloud Foundry, SuccessFactors and API design to develop and maintain custom integrations.

• One focus is the independent development of standardization and automation solutions in the SAP BTP area as well as the development of governance guidelines

• Ensure data protection and cyber security measures are implemented in integrations and the data models especially with Intelligent Services

• Conduct system integration testing and support user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and functionality of the implemented solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout the implementation process.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and developments within the platform and HR technology to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Work Experience: Proven experience with the Business Technology Platform as an Developer or an Platform Architect. • Technical & Professional Knowledge:

• Very good knowledge of SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) tools and deployment of application on BTP

• Minimum two years of hands-on experience in developing SAPUI5/Fiori applications.

• Good understanding of FIORI concept, system architecture, FIORI Launch pad configuration and app integration.

• Experience in Java Script, XML, JSON, CSS3, HTML or MVC Development framework

• Experience in OData Service consumption on UI using GET, PUT, POST methods

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

• Experience in SAP HR module implementation and support.
