Role Overview:
We're seeking a skilled Analytics Solution Architect to support our analytics team and clients by providing technical expertise and solutions. Your responsibilities include ensuring efficient and accurate implementation of solutions, conducting quality assurance processes, and mentoring team members to enhance their technical proficiency.
Role Responsibilities:
Implementing analytics features and best practices
Communicating technical aspects to clients
Mentoring team members for technical upskilling
Staying updated on industry developments
Creating technical thought pieces
Providing technical support
Proactively sharing updates with the team
Efficiently implementing solutions aligned with client requirements
Demonstrating analytical expertise in client interactions
Creating marketing materials showcasing thought leadership
Engaging proactively in all projects
Ensuring realistic project deadlines
Conducting quality checks and maintaining standards
Managing priorities and supporting junior team members
Building Relationships:
Supporting and educating clients on technical solutions
Assisting the wider team with analytics knowledge
Keeping training materials up to date
Documenting designs and implementations
Leveraging complex systems effectively
Conducting QA processes for data accuracy
Developing analytics roadmaps for clients
Providing regular constructive feedback
Keeping technical documentation up to date
Facilitating team and individual learning goals
Place within the Organisation
Reports to the Head of Data & Analytics in the Analytics and Data Team from Northern Europe
Works with the global Ops team, international Analytics teams, local and global Commercial teams and global Consultants (local and international).
Requirements:
4-7 years analytics or technical solutions experience
Proficiency in digital analytics and problem-solving
Extensive experience with analytics tools and platforms
Familiarity with cloud platforms is a plusExcellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to convey complex technical information effectively
Previous mentorship experience is desired
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience in data analysis and driving business decisions
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and challenges
Ability to adapt to a dynamic industry landscape
Experience in mentoring and commitment to ongoing learning.

Learning and Development
We have an in-house team of learning specialists who will ensure a smooth transition into your role and the wider business. As a minimum, you'll have a forward looking development review every 6 months to discuss your career goals and our L&D team will be on hand to support you to get there.
