Pay $18

1st shift 6:30am - 3pm Mon - Fri (Some OT as needed)

What’s a typical day as a Shipping & Receiving professional? You’ll be:

• Performing daily procedures to ship all available products correctly and in a timely fashion.

• Reviewing invoice/packing list, pulling and picking required product, and ensuring product and accessory items are correct and match the invoice/packing list.

• Utilizing UPS/FedEx/DHL software for shipments.

• Shipping and confirming shipments using Clipper Ship and Oracle software.

• Filing all end of day shipping documents.

• Receiving all packages coming into the facility.

• Visually inspecting all packages as they come into the facility, rejecting those that are damaged or unacceptable.

• Documenting receipts into excel or Oracle or Dynamics ERP system.

• Coordinating with Procurement on purchase order discrepancies.

• Assisting with and performing tasks as may be assigned by supervisor.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED.

• Have a minimum of 6-12 months shipping, receiving, and inventory control knowledge.

• Have certification on "Dangerous Good" (preferred but not required).

• Can perform quality control checks for all products shipped, received, and packaged.

• Are proficient with Microsoft Office and basic shipping software.

• Have efficient data entry skills.

• Are well organized and have high attention to detail.

• Can lift up to 50 lbs frequently.

• Can work with limited supervision.

• Are a highly motivated self-starter.

• Can interact well with others, both internal and external departments.

• Can adjust daily tasks to meet department demand.
