U W-MADISON DIV. CONTINUING STUDIES Pharmacy Solution Implementation in MADISON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: This remote work position will support the newly established Wisconsin Opioid Overdose Resource Center and be a key member of the associated Pharmacy Resource Network, which is focused on bringing solutions to the opioid overdose crisis to community pharmacies throughout the state. The person filling this position will be part of a team of four individuals who are working directly in-person with pharmacists and pharmacies to overcome implementation barriers, enable patient access to life-saving interventions, and collect and analyze data indicating the success of these approaches. Each individual on the team will be primarily responsible for in-person coverage of one region of the state, and interactions with center staff in Madison can be completed remotely. This position will report directly to the Pharmacy Network Coordinator and will not be responsible for supervision of any other team members. Travel to pharmacies and clinics within the assigned region for this individual will be required approximately 1-3 times per week on average. Reimbursement for mileage and other costs will be provided if using your own vehicle, provided all university policy requirements for mileage reimbursement are met.
