JOB REQUIREMENTS: Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Internal Medicine - 29373 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, Monday - Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. No holidays or call. Be part of something remarkable As an Advanced Practice Provider, you\'ll play an integral role in our inpatient and ambulatory care teams by providing high-quality, cost-effective care to patients. We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant to: * Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary health team. * Conduct routine physical exams. * Conduct focused health histories and physical exams of patients with acute and/or chronic health problems. * Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing. * Establish a working diagnosis and develop a treatment plan. * Prescribe medications and/or treatment and monitor patient\'s response. If Physician Assistant: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree from accredited PA Program. Work Experience : Preferred - Two (2) years of relevant clinical experience preferred Licenses and Certifications : Minimum - State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure If Nurse Practitioner*: * Active RN and APRN certifications and licenses, including prescriptive authority, in state(s) of practice AND * Active board certification as a NP in area of clinical practice. These may include the following: Adult/Gerontology Acute Care, Adult, Adult/Gerontology Primary Care, or Family.
