The Early Learning Manager is a new position created to help the PBS Wisconsin Education team scale early learning programs that combine the strengths of our successful work activating national Ready to Learn resources from PBS KIDS with statewide early learning initiatives and priorities through train-the-trainer models developed by our talented team. The ideal candidate is experienced in managing and scaling projects with ambitious goals. They also have experience supervising high-performing staff to create professional learning experiences that meet the needs of caring adults working with early learners (early childhood educators, childcare providers, early learning programs, parents and caregivers, librarians, and multi-generational family units), especially in high-need and under-resourced communities. This position will supervise a minimum of two full-time staff and reports to the associate director of education engagement. Responsibilities: Provides guidance for program planning, implementation, and evaluation, and/or supervises outreach staff. Monitors budget and appropriate funding for programming.
